These biscuits are high in fibre, gluten-free, and contain no added sugar.
For 8 biscuits:
60 g room temperature butter
15 g Sukrin Syrup Gold
65 g Sukrin Gold
150 g rolled oats
30 g FiberFin (can be replaced with flour)
1 tsp psyllium husk
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 egg
a pinch of salt
20 g Sukrin Milk chocolate
Mix the butter and Sukrin Gold together. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Finally, stir in the chopped Sukrin chocolate.
Roll the dough into balls and press them onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 13–15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack and store at room temperature in an airtight container.
