Sukrin Chocolate mousse is the perfect option when you’re looking for a delicious dessert that’s good for your health, too. The mousse is naturally sweetened with Sukrin and stevia, so you can enjoy yourself completely guilt-free. A must-have whether you’re feeling snacky mid-week or planning a fancy dinner party.
Simply mix Sukrin Chocolate mousse with 2 dl low-fat milk, whisk on full power for 3-5 minutes, then leave to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. It’s delicious as is, but chocolate chips, chopped nuts or fresh berries are all perfect condiments.
The mousse can also be made with soy milk, oat milk, almond milk and similar alternatives. One packet of Sukrin Chocolate mousse provides four servings.
Sukrin Chocolate mousse is heaven as cake filling. Mix with 2 dl of double cream, and you’ll get a consistency similar to buttercream.
You can also prepare the mousse as ice cream. We recommend you use 1,5 dl full cream milk, whisk at full speed for about 3 minutes, then freeze for approx. 4 hours.
