A wonderful combination of peanuts and chocolate that will be liked by both children and their parents.
Base:
4 dl finely ground almonds
2 dl salted peanuts
1 dl SukrinMelis
2 eggs
100 g melted butter
Peanut Glaze:
100 g Sukrin dark chocolate
150 g peanut butter
50 g butter
2 tbsp cream
Base:
Grind the peanuts lightly with an immersion blender or in a food processor so that you get a mixture of finely ground and coarse peanuts. Mix the ground peanuts with the finely ground almonds and SukrinMelis.
Lightly whisk the eggs before rubbing them into the batter with a spoon. Stir in the butter at the end.
Spread the batter in a small baking tin and bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Peanut glaze:
Break the chocolate into pieces. In a saucepan, combine the glaze's ingredients to melt them all. Allow the glaze to cool slightly before spreading it over the cake.
Let the peanut cake cool so that the glaze hardens. Cut the cake into squares or use gingerbread moulds to cut out decorative shapes.
