Delicious cupcakes, Christmas-flavoured – and super easy to make.
1 box of Cake mix
2 tsp (5g) cinnamon
1 tsp (3g) ground cloves
1 tsp (2,2g) ginger
4 large eggs
200 ml water
100 ml oil
50 g butter, softened to room temperature
35 g Finesse baking sweetener
150 g natural cream cheese
Mix the spices in with the Cake Mix mixture. Whisk eggs, water and oil together in a separate bowl. Add the dry mixture into the liquid ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into cupcake tins and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for approx. 15-20 minutes, depending on cupcake size. Cool on a baking rack.
Beat the butter and SukrinMelis together using a handheld mixture. Add in the cream cheese, and beat until a smooth cream cheese frosting forms.
Wait for the cupcakes to cool completely, then decorate with the frosting.
