Product launch – healthy chocolate cake!

We have developed a cake mix for a  healthy chocolate cake. It contains Sukrin instead of sugar, and we have replaced part of the flour with fat-reduced almond flour and FiberFine. The result is a delicious low-carb and low GI cake. The chocolate cake has 40% less calories and 75% less carbohydrates compared to other cake mixes on the market, and no added sugar. In addition, it has 8% dietary fiber (more than 100% wholemeal bread).
