Simple and delicious sesame square buns made with sesame flour.

Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly, then add the eggs and water. Stir well, and let the mixture rest for a few minutes to let the dough swell.

Spread the dough to a thickness of 1.5 cm on a baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking for 30 minutes at 180 °C. When the bread has finished baking, cut it into squares.
