Poppy seed rolls with Chia bread mix

Our gluten, yeast, soy and egg free Chia bread tastes delicious enriched with cream cheese. Lovely as a low-carb breakfast treat or snack topped with your favourite spreads.


1 250 g packet of Chia bread mix
300 ml water
200 g cream cheese
1 tsp Sukrin
poppy seeds to sprinkle


Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the Chia bread mix, water, cream cheese and Sukrin together. Split the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into rolls with wet hands. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Transfer the rolls to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, then cool on a baking rack and serve.
