Norwegian Troll cream with lingonberries

Make Norwegian "troll cream" without sugar. Made with Finesse baking sweetener, this recipe tastes at least as good as the original.

Ingredients

250g cleaned lingonberries
50g Finesse baking sweetener
1 egg white

Instructions

Blend the lingonberries, Finesse, and egg white in a food processor until the berries are crushed and the mixture turns into a pale pink cream.
