Instructions
Crush the biscuits finely and mix them with the butter. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a round cake tin.
In a separate bowl, combine the Dessert Mix with the room-temperature water. Whisk with an electric hand mixer for about 1 minute.
Add the cream cheese and continue whisking on high speed for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the filling over the biscuit base and spread it evenly. Place the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
