Lemon Mousse with Dessert Mix A fresh and light lemon mousse that is quick and simple to make. Ingredients 1 packet Dessert mix 250 ml whole milk 2 tbsp lemon juice (approx. 35 g) Instructions Gently warm the whole milk until lukewarm, around 20–30°C. Pour the milk into a mixing bowl and add the Dessert Mix powder. Whisk with an electric hand mixer for about 3 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Add the lemon juice and whisk briefly for around 10 seconds, just until combined. Spoon or pour the mousse into serving glasses or a bowl, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
