Hummus with Sesame flour

Hummus with Sesame flour

Whether you use it as a spread or dip for dinner, hummus is delicious!


400 g/1 can of boiled chickpeas
30 g Sesame flour
Juice from ½ lemon
2 tbsp. of water
3 tbsp. of olive oil (if you prefer a more liquid hummus, you'll need a bit more)
1/2 tbsp. paprika powder
1 garlic clove
a pinch of salt (to taste)


Mix all the ingredients together in a small blender or food processor to desired consistency. Mix in or top with fresh herbs like coriander and basil.

Store the hummus in an airtight container.
