Garlic baguette with Fibre bread mix

Make your own delicious free from garlic bread! This recipe is easy and makes for a truly decadent baguette that's perfect for both parties and everyday meals alike.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the Fibre bread mix with water and shape the dough into a baguette approximately 25 cm in length. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Use a sharp knife to make slits along the length of the baguette at regular intervals, approximately ⅔ of the way through the dough. Bake the baguette for 25 minutes.

Finely chop (or crush) the garlic and mix it in with the softened butter and chopped parsley. Remove the baguette from the oven and fill the slits carefully with garlic mixture.

Return the garlic baguette to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.
