Focaccia with bread mix

Adding a little olive oil to our bread mix makes for an even richer-tasting low carb bread. A great side dish to impress your dinner party guests!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the bread mix, water, and olive oil.

Tip the dough directly onto the baking sheet, then flatten and mould the focaccia bread using a wet spoon. Drizzle with olive oil, push the olives firmly into the dough, and sprinkle with sea salt and chopped rosemary.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes, then cool on a wire rack to keep the bread crusty.
