Focaccia with Chia bread mix

Adding a little olive oil to our bread mix makes for an even richer-tasting low carb bread. A great side dish to impress your dinner party guests!


1 250 g packet of Chia bread mix
300 ml water
2 tbsp olive oil
50 g Kalamata olives
½ tbsp finely chopped rosemary

olive oil to drizzle
sea salt


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the Chia bread mix, water and olive oil together.

Tip the dough directly onto the baking sheet, then flatten and mould the focaccia bread using a wet spoon. Drizzle with olive oil, push the olives firmly into the dough and sprinkle with sea salt and chopped rosemary.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes, then cool on a wire rack to keep the bread crusty.
