Mix all the dry ingredients well before adding the wet ingredients. Create small balls, place them on baking paper, and press them down until they are 1/2 to 1 cm thick.
Bake for 13 minutes at 175°C, then cool on a wire rack. After cooling, the biscuits will become crisp.
