Gently warm the whole milk until it feels slightly warm to the touch, around 20–30°C.
Pour the milk into a mixing bowl and add the Dessert Mix powder. Whisk with an electric hand mixer for 3–4 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Add the room-temperature berries and continue whisking for about 3 minutes, until evenly combined.
Spoon or pour the mousse into serving glasses or a bowl, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
