Sukrin Dessert mix

With Dessert Mix, you can create your own favourite dessert. Here are some serving ideas and preparation tips.

Preparation ideas

Cheesecake

Make a biscuit base using 150 g crushed biscuits and 50 g melted butter, and press into the base of a round cake tin. Mix Dessert Mix with 150 ml room temperature water and whisk for about 1 minute using an electric mixer. Add 200 g cream cheese and whisk on high speed for 2–3 minutes. Pour over the biscuit base and chill for at least 1 hour.

Creamy fruit or berry mousse

Whisk the contents of the sachet with 150 ml of juice of your choice for about 1 minute. Add 200 g cream cheese and whisk on high speed for 2–3 minutes. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Extra-rich berry mousse

Whisk the sachet contents with 150 ml of drinking smoothie for about 1 minute. Add 200 g cream cheese and whisk on high speed for 2–3 minutes. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Light berry mousse

Warm 250 ml of whole milk to lukewarm (20–30°C) and whisk with the sachet contents for 3–4 minutes. Add 100 g room-temperature berries and whisk for a further 3 minutes. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Light lemon mousse

Warm 250 ml of whole milk to lukewarm (20–30°C) and whisk with the sachet contents for about 3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice (approx. 35 g) and quickly whisk in for about 10 seconds. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Tiramisu-style dessert

Whisk the sachet contents with 150 ml lukewarm coffee (20–30°C) for about 1 minute. Add 200 g mascarpone and whisk on high speed for about 3 minutes. Serve with whole or crushed biscuits as desired. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Cream cheese icing

Make a small, light cream cheese icing using 4 tbsp light cream cheese, 24 g Dessert Mix (⅓ sachet) and 50 ml water. Stir well with a fork.

Cream cheese alternatives

You can use either regular or light cream cheese. You can also replace 200 g of cream cheese with 200 g of reduced-fat soured cream (17% fat) or a thick yoghurt. For best results, use an ingredient with at least 10% fat.

Flavoured cream cheese, such as pineapple or citrus varieties, can add a fresh twist to your dessert.
