Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites to a meringue consistency. Pour the water and egg yolks into a bowl, then add the Fibre bread mix and mix. Fold in the egg whites.
Split the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape flat hamburger buns using damp hands. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake the hamburger buns for 10 minutes.
