Sugar-free Icing

Two different variants for different uses.

Ingredients

10 g boiling water
15 g Finesse baking sweetener
30 g SukrinMelis

Instructions

Boil water and measure 10 g. Add Finesse and stir until it completely dissolves. Then add Sukrin Icing.

This icing will be quite runny. If you want stiffer decorative icing, you can replace the water with 10 g of egg whites and whisk the icing until fluffy with a mixer.
