Poppy Seed Rolls with Chia bread mix

Our gluten, yeast, soy and egg free Chia bread tastes delicious enriched with cream cheese. Lovely as a low-carb breakfast treat filled with nut butter and sugar-free jam, or as a lunchtime snack with soup or your favourite filling.

Ingredients

1 pack of Chia bread mix
300 ml water
200 g cream cheese
1 tsp Sukrin
Poppy seeds to sprinkle

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC -Gas Mark 4

Mix the bread mix with the water, cream cheese and Sukrin.

Divide the dough into 8 portions and form with wet hands into rolls sprinkled with poppy seeds.

Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 45 minutes.
