Organic flour from sunflower seeds

SunFlour is made from organic, fat-reduced and ground sunflower seeds. The flour’s nutritional content is outstanding:

SunFlour is best suited for savoury baking, and can be used as you would Almond flour or Sesame flour. It is a perfect alternative for individuals allergic to nuts.

When you substitute regular flour with SunFlour, you’re essentially creating a good protein and fibre supplement for yourself. This reduces carbohydrate intake – and the glycaemic load of your meal.

SunFlour complies with all EU regulations which sets the maximum level for pollutants and naturally occurring harmful substances in foods.

Note: Sunflower seeds contain chlorophyll, that may react with leavening agents such as baking soda or baking powder, and give baked goods a green hue. This does not affect the taste or quality.
