Wonderful waffles

Deliciously crispy on the outside, and heavenly smooth on the inside - these healthier waffles are absolutely mouth-watering!


For approx. 10 waffles:
50 g butter/oil
4 eggs
100 g Sukrin Gold
400 ml wheat flour (240 grams)
4 tbsp. FiberFin (40 grams, can be replaced with wheat flour)
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. cardamom
500 ml milk


This waffle batter can be mixed using a hand or stand mixer.

Melt the butter using a saucepan or in the microwave. Mix the flour, FiberFin and milk together, then add the eggs and mix again. Finally, add the melted butter/oil, Sukrin Gold, cardamom and baking powder. Mix the waffle batter until smooth.

Allow the batter the swell for at least 15 minutes. If you don't want to use it immediately, keep it in the fridge. Fry the waffles in a pre-heated waffle iron until golden and crispy.

Serve immediately with whatever you like; butter, sour cream, sugar-free jam or Sukrin.

Tip: If the waffle batter turns too thick at the swelling stage, you can use some water or milk to thin it out.
