Tortilla wraps with bread mix

These wraps are gluten-free and sugar-free and super easy to make. Perfect for a homemade Mexican feast, or as a healthy, delicious lunch wrap.


1 pack of Protein bread mix or Chia bread mix
400 ml water


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix the bread mix with the water and divide the dough into five pieces. Roll each piece into a tennis ball shape with wet hands.

Brush a large sheet of baking paper with a bit of oil. Place a dough piece onto the paper, then cover with another sheet of oil-brushed baking paper. Press the dough gently down using a rolling pin, then roll it into a circle, as flat as possible.

Remove the top piece of baking paper, slide the tortilla onto a baking sheet, and bake for 8-10 minutes while you prepare the next one.
