Combine all ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth, even batter. Pour into a 24 cm round tin or a 20 × 30 cm ovenproof dish.
Topping: Shave 6-7 slices of cold butter and distribute over the cake. Sprinkle with Sukrin, cinnamon, and, if desired, chopped nuts.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 °C for about 30 minutes.
