Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Work in the cold butter that has been cut into cubes. It does not matter if there are some remaining butter pieces because they will melt during baking.
Whisk the egg and yoghurt together and fold into the dough. Chop the nuts and add them to the dough along with the raisins.
Dampen your hands with cold water and form large dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
