Succulent scones

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then use your fingers to crumble the butter and work everything into a crumbly texture. Add the liquid ingredients and raisins and mix well using a fork.

Use a tablespoon to place the scones on the baking tray and bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve lukewarm with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
