Strawberries with Lime Cream
A delightful variation of a classic summer treat
Ingredients
1 box of fresh strawberries
1 pack Mascarpone cheese (alternatively, sour cream, quark, or skyr)
1-2 limes
Sukrin Icing
Instructions
Wash and prepare the strawberries.
Whisk together the Mascarpone cheese and lime juice and sweeten with Sukrin Icing to achieve the desired level of sweetness.
If you prefer a more fluid cream, you can whip in a little milk or cream.
