Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Combine the butter with flour, FiberFin, baking powder, and vanilla sugar (you can use a food processor here). Add the Sukrin Gold and lightly beaten egg. Mix the dough quickly together.
Roll the dough into a long cylinder. Cut it into small pieces, shape these into small, round bites, and place them onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Deflate the Serina cookies slightly with a fork, wash them with egg white, sprinkle with almonds and Sukrin, and bake for approx. 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Store the Serina cookies in an airtight container until serving.
