Roasted almonds with salt and Sukrin

Looking for some sweet and healthy roasted nuts? These almonds are super easy to make - and oh, so delicious.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Bring the water to a boil and turn off the heat. Stir the salt and Sukrin into the water until everything has dissolved. Add in the almonds and allow them to soak for 15 minutes.

Drain the almonds, then spread them onto your baking tray. Bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes, until the almonds are dry and crisp.

Tip: Mix the almonds with your favourite nuts for a healthier and even tastier nut mix.
