Wash the rhubarb stalks and cut them into roughly 1 cm pieces. Place the rhubarb and water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer gently until the rhubarb has broken down.
Strain the liquid through a fine sieve or muslin cloth into a clean saucepan. Add Finesse and stir over a low heat until fully dissolved. Pour into a bottle or other suitable container and leave to cool.
Store in the refrigerator. To serve, dilute with water to your preferred strength.
