Raspberry cake from Cake mix

Make a simple and refreshing cake flavoured with delicious raspberries.

Ingredients

Instructions

Mix the ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth, even batter. Sprinkle over the raspberries.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 175°C for approx. 30 minutes.

Icing suggestion: A tub of quark (Kesam) mixed with 2 tablespoons of Sukrin Icing Sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder.
