Make healthier oat macaroons this Christmas season

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Bring the butter, syrup and Sukrin Gold to a boil. Mix in the oats and flour, then add in the egg. Use two spoons to form small, round bites; place on a greased baking pan.

Bake the oat macaroons until light golden brown, approx. 15 minutes on the middle rack. Cool, and enjoy.
