Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Mix the breakfast cereal, peanut butter, and Sukrin Gold in a bowl. Add the egg and egg white. Finally, add the chocolate. Stir everything well together.
Shape the base into nutrition bars, as large or small as you like, and place on the baking tray. Push the bars slightly down using your hand or a spatula.
Bake the nutrition bars on the middle rack for 20–25 minutes.
