Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly grease and dust nonstick muffin tins.

Mix all the ingredients well together; the dough will be a little soft. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool.

Serve with your favourite spreads – these low-carb rolls are perfect for breakfast, lunch, and snacks alike.
