Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease and dust a 2-litre cake or bread tin.

Beat the eggs and Sukrin Gold until airy. Mix in the soft butter and add the apple sauce. Sift the dry ingredients, then mix them with the raisins and chopped hazelnuts. Mix the dry and liquid ingredients together until you get a smooth batter.

Transfer the pound cake batter to your baking tin and place on the bottom rack of the oven. Bake for about . 1 hour.

Allow the cake to cool slightly before carefully taking it out of its tin. Sprinkle with SukrinMelis, slice, and enjoy.
