Instructions
Melt the coconut oil and Sukrin Syrup in a saucepan. (Using cold-pressed coconut oil will enhance the coconut flavor even more.) Add the SukrinMelis and mix well.
Knead the desiccated coconut, cream from the coconut milk, and melted coconut oil with the Sukrin Syrup. Spread the mixture in a container lined with aluminum foil or plastic.
Place in the freezer for about an hour, and then cut into pieces.
Melt the chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and dip the coconut pieces in it. Allow the bites to cool in the fridge with the chocolate coating before serving. Store in a cool place.
