Gluten-free Almond triangles

With these delicious almond triangles alongside a cup of your favourite hot drink, you can’t go wrong.

Chop the almonds finely, but not too fine. Mix with fat-reduced almond flour and finely ground almonds. Crumble cold butter into the flour mixture.

Add the remaining ingredients for the base and knead into a dough. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour. Roll out on baking paper until about half a cm thick and place on a baking tray.

Mix all the filling ingredients in a small saucepan and heat on medium until the Finesse melts completely. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then pour over the base.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C. Cool the cake and make bars by first cutting into squares, then splitting each square diagonally.

Melt chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Dip one side of the almond bars in chocolate and let the bars cool until the chocolate hardens.
