Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Combine almond flour, FiberFin, Sukrin Plus, baking powder, and vanilla powder in a mixing bowl, followed by a lightly whisked egg. Knead until the dough is crumbly.
Defrost the berries in the microwave for about 1 minute. Mix in the potato flour and SukrinMelis. Place the berries in a large pie dish. Add the crumbled dough, then drizzle the melted butter over it.
Bake until the dough is golden brown (approximately 30 minutes). Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving. The pie pairs well with ice cream, cream, curd, or something similar.
