Whisk the eggs and stir in the Sukrin Gold. Mix in Coconut flour, psyllium husks, and milk. Add cinnamon and cardamom to taste.
Fry in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Use one tablespoon of batter for each American pancake. Serve as is or with your favourite sugar-free topping.
