Instructions
Mix the ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth, even batter. Pour into a 24 cm round tin or a 20 × 30 cm ovenproof dish.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 °C for approx. 40–45 minutes.
Icing suggestion: 200 g natural cream cheese, 75 g Finesse Baking sweetener, and 1 tsp vanilla powder.
