Cardamom cake with almonds

A tasty cake with a delicious hint of cardamom.

Instructions

Beat the softened butter and Sukrin Syrup together with a hand mixer. Add the eggs one at a time.

Mix Sukrin Gold, all-purpose flour, FiberFin, baking powder, and cardamom in a separate bowl. Gradually combine the dry ingredients and milk alternately into the butter mixture. Finally, add the finely ground almonds.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake at 175 °C for approximately 55 minutes.
