Use Sukrin Gold to caramelize onions

Cut the onion into thin slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat. Add the onion and cook until browned – make sure it does not burn. Add Sukrin Gold and mix well, then add lemon juice and water. Boil until most of the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
