Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line or grease a bread tin.
Beat the butter, Sukrin Gold, fruit puree, and eggs together. Add in the flour, FiberFin, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Mash the bananas and add them into the batter. Mix in chopped walnuts and chocolate and bake the banana cake for approx. 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with Sukrin icing right before serving the banana cake.
Tip: Make a few banana cakes at a time; they’re great for freezing and thawing quickly.
