Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut the apples into wedges and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with Sukrin, cinnamon, and almonds. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the apples have softened.

Serve with vanilla quark, ice cream, or whipped cream.
