Apple cake from Cake mix

You can't make a gluten- and sugar-free apple cake any easier than this!

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the apples, and whisk until smooth. Pour into a 24 cm round tin or a 20 × 30 cm ovenproof dish.

Cut the apples into slices and press them into the batter. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp Sukrin and 1 tbsp cinnamon.

Bake for 30 minutes at 175°C in the middle of the oven.
