Instructions
Heat the syrup in the microwave on full power for 20 seconds (or in a saucepan until the syrup starts to bubble).
Grind the almonds in a food processor for 10–12 seconds – or chop to a fine consistency by hand. Mix the dry ingredients together first, then add the syrup. Knead everything together to a sticky dough.
Chill the dough for a few minutes before making the almond bars. Wet two spoons, then use the back of the spoons to shape the bars. Place the almond bars in the fridge to harden (approx. 30 minutes).
Tip: Melt Sukrin chocolate and use it to coat the almond bars. Store at room temperature.
