Chia bread

A nutrient-rich bread, with Omega-3 and calcium from chia seeds, and complete, easily absorbed protein from peas.

  • Gluten-free
  • Without egg, milk, gluten, yeast, or soy
  • Just add water – no kneading or rising needed

Tip:

Feel free to add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olives, or dried herbs to the dough.

The bread mix can also be baked in muffin tins. Add your favourite fillings to make healthy and delicious savoury muffins.

Ingredients

Fibres (sugar beet, chicory, peas, resistant corn starch), seeds and kernels (sunflower, sesame, flax), pea protein, flavour enhancer (erythritol), 4.8% chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate, disodium phosphate), mineral salt (sodium chloride, potassium chloride).
