Finesse baking sweetener

Finesse is well-suited for baking. It has a flavor very similar to sugar, can provide browning, and has no aftertaste or cooling effect. Additionally, Finesse can be used in most situations where sugar would normally be used. By using Finesse instead of sugar, you cut down on calories considerably – Finesse contains 80 % fewer calories than an equivalent amount of sugar.

Baking with Finesse

Finesse is twice as sweet as sugar, and should be used in halved sugar amounts. 100 grams of sugar is replaced with 50 grams of Finesse.

When you use Finesse in a recipe originally made for sugar (or other sweetener used in the same amount as sugar), we recommend that you reduce the baking time. Pay attention to your dish towards the end of its baking time, and remove from the oven as soon as it looks finished.
