Baking with FiberFin

How much FiberFin should I use when baking?

You gain a lot by replacing 10% of the flour with FiberFin. If you find it difficult to know how much to use, you can simply mix a tub of FiberFin (400 g) with 2 kg of wheat flour. The finished flour mixture contains 17% of FiberFin and can be used whenever you want to bake healthier.
