How can you claim ‘no added sugar’ when the mousse contains glucose?

In the mousse, we use a whipping emulsifier that contains glucose. The glucose serves as a carrier for the other ingredients in the emulsifier and is not added to sweeten the product. This is why we can state that the mousse has ‘no added sugar’, even though it contains a small amount of glucose.
